2025 Objectives
Grow our membership from 1173 to 1,500 active members by end of December 2025. This we intend to achieve through the following activities.
Membership Growth
- Target 50 new members per quarter
- Monthly renewal emails
- Weekly response to inquiries.
- Create awareness through continuous engagement on social media and in the groups- collaborate with Comms.
- Develop a plan for Corporate outreach – Communication & engagement plan (Sign up 2 Corporate members- Collaborate with other dockets)
Student Membership
- Target- 100 new student members in 2025
- Conduct monthly student webinars for all students aspiring to join the project Management Profession
- Host the Youth Student Summit in Q4
- Bi- weekly insight focus for student leaders
- Create awareness through continuous engagement on social media and in the social groups
Member Value Creation & Retention
- Proactive onboarding of new members through monthly webinars to help them understand the chapter benefits and feel welcomed.
- Diverse Event calendar to cater for different member segments e.g. experienced PM’s, New professionals, students & those interested in specific industries
- Volunteer Opportunities to promote and facilitate meaningful volunteer opportunities within the chapter.
- Member recognition program – Badges/ token at the end of the year
- Member satisfaction Survey – Send out feedback survey in May. Using the information to customise the members experience in the chapter
- Email blast every month for renewals
