Membership Growth

  • Target 50 new members per quarter
  • Monthly renewal emails
  • Weekly response to inquiries. 
  • Create awareness through continuous engagement on social media and in the groups- collaborate with Comms. 
  •  Develop a plan for Corporate outreach – Communication & engagement plan (Sign up 2 Corporate members- Collaborate with other dockets)

Student Membership

  • Target- 40 new student  members  
  • Monthly Webinars- joint for all campuses- Combine with welcome to  new members
  • Bi- weekly insight focus for student leaders
  • Monthly Welcome emails 
  • Create awareness through continuous engagement on social media and in the groups- collaborate with Comms. – Informational content & Posters

Member Value Creation & Retention

  • New member bi-monthly webinars (Every 2 months)- Collaborate with Education team on calendar. 
  • Quarterly In-person Member meetings
  • Member recognition program – Badges/ token at the end of the year
  • Member satisfaction Survey – Send out feedback survey in March. Using the information to customise the members experience in the chapter 
  • Email blast every month
