Currently seconded by FSD Kenya to serve as a Project Director for SACCO Central Kenya, she leads the pioneering Shared Services Innovation Hub which will modernize core banking, enabling national payments participation, and deepening financial inclusion for millions. A certified PMI, Prince2 Practitioner, and SAFe Agilist, her career spans senior roles in banks and fintechs co-founding ventures, and forging strategic partnerships, with multiple innovation awards recognizing her impact. Globally trained at Oxford Saïd, Henley, and York St John, and now pursuing a DBA in AI & Machine Learning, Asha is passionate about mentoring leaders and advancing inclusive, sustainable, tech-driven finance ecosystems.
