Maureen is a highly competent, energized and experienced Project Leader. She has over 14 years’ experience in the financial sector where she has built a track record in strategy implementation and organizational transformation including execution of high-profile transformation programs, complex technologies, and solutions; establishment and set up of effective governance and controls for Project Management Offices; driving value and benefit realization from initiatives, change management and effective stakeholder collaboration.

She is passionate about people, coaching, mentorship, and philanthropy. She is currently Head Of the Enterprise Project Management Office for Old Mutual, PMI Kenya Chapter Board Secretary and Director of Baraka Za Ibrahim Children’s Center in Kibera, an institution that supports orphans and vulnerable children by providing basic needs and education.
